Background Check Information

Scott & Roberts is performing background checks for potential buyers and renters for those associations that have approved this process. The CMO office has been inspected and approved as an “Experian” credit reporting customer. All information is obtained in compliance with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and is considered confidential. All records received are encrypted for security purposes.

The residential screening includes:

Multi-State Criminal Records

Patriot Act/ Terrorist/ SDN/ Most Wanted Records

Multi-State Sexual Offender & Predator Records

Statewide Comprehensive Criminal Records (FL)

Credit Report

The fee for this service is $25.00 per person for each background check ($50 per couple).
